A few points to consider when planning your entertainment programme:
- What time do your guests arrive at the venue?
- Are you planning a drinks reception before the meal? What type of music would be most suitable?
- At what time will the band have access to the function suite to set-up? (This takes around 50-60 minutes)
- Will you require music as your guests enter the function room for their meal?
- What time will your guests sit for their meal and will you require background music throughout?
- Are there any speeches, presentations, auctions or raffles? Will you require the use of a high quality microphone and PA system?
- At what time would it be appropriate to expect your guests to be ready to take to the dance floor?
- When do you want your evening entertainment to finish? Has the venue stipulated a time?
